How rotating a PDF works
Rotation is written into each page's own settings, which is what a PDF viewer's rotate command does too, so the file keeps its size and the text stays selectable and searchable. Nothing is re-rendered. The rotation is saved into the file, so it stays put in every viewer, unlike the temporary rotate in a browser's PDF preview.1. Upload your PDF

Pick 90° (clockwise), 180° or 270° (counter-clockwise). Apply it to every page, or type the pages to turn, like 2, 5-7. The thumbnails turn as you change the settings so you can check the result before saving.3. Download the rotated PDF
