Using 3D Gif Maker

3D Gif Maker is owned and operated by 3DGIFMAKER LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using 3D Gif Maker, you agree to these terms with 3DGIFMAKER LLC and to use the site responsibly and at your own discretion. The service is offered for creative and utility GIF workflows directly in your browser. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

Your content and share links

Most editing happens entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded. When you create a share link, the GIF you made is uploaded to our servers and hosted at a public URL that anyone with the link can view, and which search engines may list. Whatever you started from is uploaded and hosted the same way, so that someone who opens the share page can remix the input rather than the finished result: in the 3D animation tool that is a reduced-size copy of the picture you supplied, and in the tools that take a GIF — adding text, cropping, filtering and the rest — it is that original GIF.

License. You keep ownership of what you create. By creating a share link you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, extracting frames for automated content review), publicly display, and distribute that GIF, and the image or GIF it was made from where one is uploaded — including through content delivery networks — for the purpose of operating and promoting the share feature. The license ends when the content is deleted or expires, except that we may retain removed content in a non-public archive where the law requires evidence retention.

Your promises. You represent and warrant that you own the content you share or have all rights necessary to share it, and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

Prohibited content. Do not share content that: is illegal; sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way; contains intimate imagery of a person without their consent; infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights; promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics; depicts gratuitous gore; harasses, threatens, or defames a person; or contains malware or deceptive links.

Moderation and removal. Everything you share is scanned by automated systems, and we may remove any content at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We have no obligation to pre-screen content. Share links expire automatically when they stop being viewed (see the Privacy Policy for retention details).

Repeat infringers. We terminate service to repeat infringers: because share links do not require an account, this is enforced by blocking the technical identifiers (such as IP addresses) used to create infringing content and removing the associated links.

AI-generated code

The AI Animation Studio can generate JavaScript and p5.js animation code that runs in your browser. Treat AI-generated output with the same level of care you would use for any other code or prompt-based content.

User responsibility

Only run animation code or prompts from sources you trust. If you are remixing something from the community, review it first. This helps keep your browser session limited to code and prompts you are comfortable using.

Availability and warranties

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the absence of security vulnerabilities.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DGIFMAKER LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including issues related to generated or user-supplied creative code.
